I'm a local business owner and lease my store from price Williams. They have always been professional, friendly and fair to us. They are very responsive to our needs. Recently we had a plumbing leak from an apartment above us after hours and they had maintenance guys there in less than 10 min. I am quite happy with Price Williams, especially with Renee who is our usual contact.

I have rented through Price Williams for 3 years now. I have only had good experiences with their staff. They have always been quick to help whenever we have had any sort of problem with our apartment and are easy to ask questions to. If you go to Radford University and are looking for a reality company for off campus housing, Price Williams is by far the best option!

I was worried about renting with a company and decided to go with price-williams after hearing my friends great experiences and touring other realty companies that were not as nice. The office staff is super friendly, their maintenance is super quick to fix my issues, and the house i rent is super nice. I decided to sign with them again in an apartment after seeing how nice and new they were. I had an issue with my payments and the staff/office manager was very quick to help. I would recommend price-williams to any first-time renters like myself.

I rented from Price Williams last year and absolutely loved them! The staff is really great, and when I had some roommate issues before move-in, they really cared about my experience and helped out. The staff was very helpful through all of my tenant needs!! 10/10 recommend them :)

I've been living with Price Williams for two years and have nothing but positive things to say about them. Any time we have had an issue with anything they have been super quick to come by and fix it. The people that work for Price Williams are always extremely friendly and polite. They also do an amazing job at making our apartment complex look so beautiful with all the gardening and flowers despite college students trashing the place sometimes.

I recently rented a townhouse through them in Christiansburg and was very pleased with the service. Easy application process, quick responses and hassle free move-in. Everything that could have been replaced was replaced before renting out and the place was very clean when I moved in. I waited a couple of weeks after moving in to post a review to see how they respond to service requests that I may have after moving in. I had a few minor issues that I brought up to the maintenance team yesterday and the response was very quick. They started working on the issue within an hour of calling them. The maintenance guy was very efficient and completed the repairs within no time. Overall, a really good property management team that I’d certainly recommend to anyone who’s searching.

Price Williams has been amazing! I have rented from them for the last 2 years and I have nothing but good things to say about them. Very helpful and responsive when I need something fixed. We had a wasp problem on our balcony and we called the office and someone came and fixed it right away. The bonus for me is the amazing shirts you get from signing with you guys. overall, best place to rent from in radford.

Going through Price Williams was probably the best decision I could’ve made. I have used different agencies in the past and each time has been a headache and stressful every step of the way. That was not the case here I am happy to report! The process was so easy and at no point was I ever in anyway stressed or worried about anything. The staff are very wonderful and attentive. They are extremely great at communicating and making sure that you have everything you need. When it came to signing my lease it was very straightforward and explained to me very clearly. Overall, from start to finish it was a great experience and I am looking forward to working with Price Williams in the future again!

price-williams realty is a great company! I’ve rented from them for 2 years and have no complaints. It’s a safe place to live the doors are locked at night and they have camera's in the hallways. All the apartments I’ve been in are very spacious and nice!

My roommates and I have lived here for the past two years and it has been a pleasurable experience. Maintenance came within 24 hours of requesting assistance and everyone working at the office is super nice and helpful. The apartment itself has a lot of space and is a great place to call home. The location is close to campus which was really convenient. We all felt safe living here as there are cameras in the hallway and the doors lock at night. I definitely recommend renting here!!
